QProgram Terms and Conditions Unless your offer states otherwise, any special offer (free trial period, coupon and other discount) is available only to first-time DVDHype QProgram customers, limited to one per household and cannot be combined with any other offer(s). Once redeemed, all promotional offers are final and are not eligible for refund or return. DVDHype is not responsible for delayed or misdirected Internet or regular mail. DVDHype reserves the right to reject submissions deemed to be in violation of these terms and conditions or any incomplete or illegal submissions. You must be 18 years of age or older and have a valid credit card to participate. Offer valid in all provinces of Canada. Allow two to four (2-4) business days (could take longer depending on location) to receive rentals. If we are currently out of stock of a movie in your QCart, we will proceed in sending the next available movie from your QCart. DVDHype reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time. If the quantity of lost or broken discs reported from a customer's account becomes excessive, DVDHype reserves the right to place the account under investigation, notify the customer by email and no refund will be issued for that month. Depending on the account under review, DVDHype may close the account and in some cases, DVDHype reserves the right to collect replacement charges based on the Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) or monthly fees for the period movies are outstanding. If you wish to cancel your Q Program membership for any reason, you may do so, provided you cancel at least 7 days prior to the monthly renewal date of your membership. It is your responsibility to cancel your membership directly from your account. If you cancel the DVDHype Q Program, all outstanding rentals must be returned within 1 week of cancellation and no refund will be issued for that month. Any unreturned rentals within 2 weeks of cancellation will result in your credit card charged the Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) or market value (whichever is higher) for every DVD not received by DVDHype.com. Purchasing DVD's Terms and Conditions DVDHype is not responsible for any damage or loss that may occur during shipment to the item(s) you are returning. For your own protection, you may wish to return your items by insured parcel post or courier. If an error was made by DVDHype on your order, we will refund your return shipping charges.
